One-Syllable Names in .dev
Every name here is a real English word, or two or three real words together — zoom, bluecat, thebestcars — judged against the CMU Pronouncing Dictionary, which also gives the syllable count from how a word is said rather than how it is spelled. Letter-and-number strings, made-up brandables and anything over 20 characters are left out. Names in pending delete come first, nearest release first; names released in the last 30 days follow.
No one-syllable names in .dev with 1 or more linking domains are in pending delete or recently released right now. The list fills as the registries mark names for deletion.
A name in pending delete is in its final five days and cannot be saved: the release time is the registry's usual window for that extension, est. a time not yet confirmed.
